HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE PARKING ON THE DRIVEWAY?

You can walk on the surface after 4 hours but, do not drive or park on the concrete for 1 day
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SEAL MY DRIVEWAY?

We recommend sealing your driveway every two years to maintain its appearance and prolong its lifespan.

WHAT GUARANTEES CAN YOU OFFER THAT THE JOB WILL BE FINISHED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET?

The pressure wash will always be conducted on the scheduled day. However, the sealing process is weather-dependent. There must be no rain for at least 4 hours to ensure the sealant properly adheres to the concrete. Additionally, the temperature must be at least 8°C for the sealer to be applied.
When will my snow be removed?

Your snow will be removed within 24 hours after the snowfall ends
Do I get a discount for paying yearly?

Yes, you will get a 10% discount for paying the entire fee up front
I have stamped concrete how will you protect it?

We will use snow blowers with rubber on the bottom along with manual shovels without metal on the bottom.

Yes, you can pay monthly first and last month is required
Do you recommend salt on stamped concrete?

No, we don’t recommend salt but, we do have premium salt that is environmentally friendly and can assist if it’s necessary. We recommend sand for grip which we provide for an additional fee.

For optimal results, we recommend mowing your lawn every 1–2 weeks during the growing season. This keeps your grass healthy and promotes even growth.
